ISDN order inquiry to the ISDN office? 100%. Called customer service from verizon website: 1-800-870-9999. Talked to a real person. Gave me another number: 1-800-438-4736 (GET-ISDN).

Well, my long trouble SDSL line is 90% dead. I am somewhere between
15000 and 19000 feet from the Verizon CO. So even at 192KB it is
not very stable. COVAD asked Verizon to “put electronics on the line”
