First, a smart car was used in the Pink Panther remake with Steve Martin. Now it is driven by Tom Hanks in the Movie version of the Da Vinci Code, speeding away, at one time backwards (what else) down a Paris street. I wonder how many people know that is a Smart Car.

first it appeared in Garfield 2 (a tail of two kitties)
then Pink Panther
then the Da Vinci Code
and now in Scoop (Woody Allen’s new movie)
I’ve recognized the Smart since 1994 and wanted one ever since!!!
There is a list of movies with the Smart Fortwo at the Smart USA web site. I read it is in the Daybreakers movie.
