I am in the Tokyo office Saturday. Someone on the floor is moving in (or out). The building staff (6 or more of them) taped, by hand, sheets of PVC on the floor and the walls of all the passage ways so that the floors and walls will not get damaged. Now that's (good) obsession on quality!
