  1. Tai Chi Beginning (8)

  3. Single whip (6)
  4. Wave hands like clouds (4,3,3,3,4)
  5. Brush knee and push (4)
  6. Hands strum the lute (3)
  7. Back fist chop right (5)
  8. Step up, deflect, intercept and punch (5)
  9. Grasps the birds tail left (11)
  10. Section Two:
    Turn with slanted flying right (5)
  11. Left turn and fist under the elbow
  12. Step back and repulse monkey 2 parts (6,6)
  13. Brush knee and push with a "following" step
  14. Raise hands (3)
  15. White crane spreads its wings (4)
  16. Brush knee and push left (5)
  17. Needle to the sea bottom
  18. Fan though the back
  19. White snake darts out its tongue (focusing 'chin')
  20. Step up, deflect, intercept, and punch - right
  21. Step forward and press

  22. Slide down -- left
  23. Golden cock stands on one leg 2 parts
  24. Foot separation -- right
  25. Foot separation -- left
  26. Brush knee and hammer down
  27. Red Fist (focusing 'chin')
  28. Small capture (focusing 'chin')
  29. Moving as if shutting a door
  30. Section 4
    Single whip -- right
  31. Wave hands like clouds -- right (4,3,3,3,4)
  32. High pat the horse -- left
  33. Stretching heel kick -- left
  34. Strike ears with fists -- left
  35. Stretching heel kick -- right
  36. Strike ears with fists -- right
  37. Fast stretching heel kick -- left
  38. Turn body, stretching side kick
  39. Step forward and punch down
  40. Section 5
    Pivot over, jumping double kick
  41. Taming the tiger -- left
  42. Taming the tiger -- right
  43. Parting the wild horse's mane
  44. Fair lady works at shuttles
  45. Pressing palm with point step
  46. Thrusting palm -- left
  47. Section 6
    Turn around with a cross kick
  48. Brush knee and push -- left
  49. Brush knee with a groin punch
  50. Left upward chop, right snapping punch (focusing 'chin')
  51. Step forward and press -- right (focus 'chin' to stamp heel)
  52. Retreat and press -- left (focus 'chin' to stamp heel)
  53. Turn right and punch from below
  54. Left brush knee and lift with the palm
  55. Retreat and grasp the birds tail -- left
  56. Section 7
    Single whip -- left
  57. Slide down -- left
  58. Step forward with a 'stven stars' punch
  59. Retreat to ride the tiger
  60. Double lotus sweeping kick
  61. Draw the bow and shoot the tiger
  62. Back fist chop -- left
  63. Retreat and high pat the horse
  64. Retreat, deflect, intercept, and punch
  65. Moving as if shutting a door
  66. Crossing hands
